Return Policy

We want you to love every purchase you make from our store. However, due to the intimate nature of many of our items, we have set the following return guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all our customers:

No Returns on Intimate Garments

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on intimate garments. This includes:

• Bras

• Panties

• Swimwear

• Bodysuits

• Other intimate apparel (sleepwear that has underwear as part of its set)

This policy is in place to maintain the highest hygiene standards and ensure that all customers receive brand-new, unworn items.

Workout Apparel and Non-Intimate Items

Returns are accepted on non-intimate items such as workout clothing, provided the following conditions are met:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.

• All returns are made at your own cost. We do not cover return shipping fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or something different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
